• Assist in preparing food; transport, set, and serve meals on tray service
• Wash dishes, utensils, and pots; clean kitchen and equipment
• Refill water glasses and ice buckets
• Clean windows and tables and chairs
• Clean work areas
• Clean floors, walls, and ceilings
• Wash floors
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards, compliance, and cleanliness
• Assist with food preparation in the kitchen
• Provide assistance in kitchen operations, such as opening and closing the restaurant, cleaning and clearing work areas, stocking supplies
• Establish, maintain, and beautify a clean, orderly, and sanitary work area and kitchen
• Perform work duties that other employees cannot or would rather not do
• Maintain production goals
• Must be able to works afternoons and evenings
• Must be able to be on your feet for 8-10 hours per shift
• Ability and willing to follow standards and procedures, and accept direction & training and work as part of a team
• Knowledgeable of proper food handling procedures
• Minimum of 3-year cooking experience in a Hotel or related industry
• Knowledge of operation and care of dishwashing machines
